GEAR UP to fight corruption

Mission

Empower professionals to fight corruption, improve compliance, pursue Collective Action initiatives, and strengthen the anti-corruption alumni network

Goals

IACA’s primary objective is to impart comprehensive training and education to participants across its academic degree programs, Summer Academy sessions, the Regional Summer Academy, and the Regional Alumni Conference.

The educational environment provided to students and participants is intended to serve as a neutral yet innovative platform, fostering an international, interdisciplinary, and inter-sectoral setting. Educational activities will include practice oriented techniques which will drive incremental change and impact, including compliance and anti-corruption labs, panels and roundtable debates, field trips, ethical dilemma trainings, simulation games, industry specific assessments, and Collective Action workshops involving world class practitioners and academics.

The project is dedicated to magnifying the impact of participants’ engagements. The overarching goal of the project is to seamlessly integrate theory and knowledge into practical implementation, fostering tangible, real-world impact.
